Don't assume grep supports GREP_OPTIONS

Add 0008-Emacs-won-t-assume-grep-supports-GREP_OPTIONS.patch to
incorporate the relevant upstream patch.  Thanks to Bob Proulx

<ben+debian@benfinney.id.au> for tracking down the fix.
